Professional Area

Professor Maruyama has made seminal contributions in fundamental symmetries and rare searches in physics through foundation and leadership of the international dark matter searches, DM-Ice and COSINE, addressing long standing claims for dark matter. In neutrino physics, Professor Maruyama studies neutrinos and their nature through the ICECUBE, and CUORE experiments.
